My marketing plan is very extensive.  I use every tool available.  Advertising in the Quad-City Times has proven to be valuable as well as the Ruhl&Ruhl TV Show, which airs each day at 6:53 AM, Monday through Saturday on KWQC.

Your property will also be available on the RuhlHomes.com website 24 hours a day and will feature a Guided Tour, as well as Realtor.com.  I have a direct mailing every month, as well as bi-monthly postcards or newsletters.  Some of these postcards will feature your home with a color photo and a brief description of your home.  The Ruhl&Ruhl web page markets each listing - especially earmarking the “brand new” listings.
